It’s not about me, really. It’s about her. The grandma who studied Karate in Japan and flew planes in WW2. Pilot, pistol, and celebrated brownie baker. Owner of a 20 lb cat. Bragger of reaching 113 lbs. And “Gammy” long before Betty White in The Proposal.
She told the best stories when I was little. And now that I’m not, I’m telling them for her.
Here’s to the stories I don’t want to forget. And the Gam I never will.
